How to find comments of a specific security level

In some issues there has been logged comments by a user with a specific role using the security level for that role in order to hide the comment for other users. So developers can see the comment, normal users cannot.

We want to make some changes in roles and we discover that when we do this, specific comments as described above, will no longer be viewable by the developers.

How can we find comments in all issues and projects which have a specific security level?
