We have to call the rest Mulesoft services whenever we attach the file in Jira issue.
In order to achieve this, we have created the webhook to call the mulesoft services, but we wanted to filter the webhook call for certain user who is attaching the file. How to filter the attacheduser!=<user1> in the webook?
