What are the steps for exporting my data and settings from my ondemand instance and importing into my empty hosted instance?

Hello Adam!

To restore:

  1. Create an .xml backup on your OnDemand instance.
  2. Create a clean Standalone instance with the same version as your OnDemand instance.
  3. Restore your STD instance with your .xml backup.
