How to exclude reopened Bugs from open bugs with a jql query?

Hi all,

I want to search for all open bugs but exclude the reopened bugs. Unfortunatelly 
"not in" doesn't work with "changed from done to open " :-( 

Any Idea ?

Can you try this 

project = "ABC" AND NOT status changed from "Done" TO "To Do" and status in ("To Do")
