How to end a sprint?

Hello,

I am following this steps to end a sprint.

However, I get message, "Sprint cannot be completed as there are incomplete subtasks on the following issues: XXX" even though all subtasks are done.

My team is using our own workflow (not JIRA default) for technical subtasks, and it is all marked as "Done" (please refer screenshot).

Why I cannot end sprint? What am I missing here?

Make sure in your custom workflow, the transition to your Done status actually resolves the issue. This is usually handled by setting up a post function for the transition that fires an Issue Resolved event.
