Hello,

I am using Jira Service desk and have 2 type of projects within the org (projectname-test, and projectname-final), on the Service Desk request form there is a field for Project Name, I am trying to set up a workflow so that when it ends in -test it gets a label.

The query I am running is something along the lines of: Project Name ~ "-test", however it seems to never work, if I keep it as just "test" it works just fine, but for some reason adding the - messes it up, not sure if that character basically means remove test? Or what am I doing wrong?

Hi @Lubjik Ludas ,

Most probably ~ operator is not supported by your custom field. You can check it by trying to execute the same JQL in the jql editor?
