I created an organisation to do some testing for our upcoming migration.
All product subscriptions were on trial lincences
Now I want to delete that organisation again.
I followed the docs and they told me to remove all products first.
For that I deleted the product subscriptions and waited the time I had to.
The month passed, and the lincences expired, but I still can't remove the products.
Instead I get the message that my instance is deactivated.
Since I don't have a paid plan, I can't contact support.
Is this a bug in the workflow?
How can I get rid of the organisation now?

Ok, sorry, I wrongly thought that one month would be enough waiting time.
Thank you for the answer.

Hi @srodionov
I can see you have a Cloud site that was deactivated on 28 Dec 2024. That site will remain in the deactivated state for up to 60 days. This retention period is explained in Track storage and move data across products . After that point the site will be deleted. Once that site is deleted, only then can you delete the organization. Steps to delete the organization are explained in Delete your organization.
If my math is correct, the site should delete on or after 26 February 2025, at which point you can then delete the organization.

Same issue here, billing day has passed & I just want to delete the organisation and move on with my life.... but, no. Can't see any apparent explenation why I can't delete it so I'm wildly guessing (and I'm probably wrong).
