Delete organisation?

I registered a Confluence account. But something went wrong I think. When I open the admin page I can select 'FL Suite' and 'FL Suite (not used)'. The last one I renamed because two identical 'accounts' where generated?

I cannot delete the organisation 'FL Suite (not used)'...

Is there a way to delete the 'FL Suite (not used)' organisation?

Hello Arjen,

I hope you are doing well! You haven't done anything wrong here. When you create a new Cloud site, the system creates a new organization. It's not possible to delete these organizations.

We have a feature request for that here:

• ACCESS-81 Allow organization administrators to delete organizations

If you want to hide the organization, the workaround is to create a new email user and add that user as the new org admin. Then, log in with the new email, and remove your primary user as the org admin. I understand this isn't perfect, but it should save you from confusion in the future.
