How to delete a free cloud site without the wait period?

I have a free cloud site. I need to have it deleted completely.

I've removed all the products and cancelled all the subscriptions but it has a wait period before the site is actually deleted.

Since it is a free site, the Atlassian support portal doesn't allow me to open a support ticket for it.

How can I delete this site without the wait period?

You can't.

It is Atlassian policy that sites are deleted after a certain period, this so that mistakenly deleted instances can be recovered.
