I want to disable internal comments and only have default comments/reply to customer. Having two options is creating confusion and we don't have a need for internal comments. Please help, using the cloud version! (I've read through the existing posts related to this topic and none of the suggestions are relevant)
Thank you -- I did see that ticket and voted for it. I was hoping since it was created in 2017 that it may have been addressed in another workstream.
