Hi, I am new to JIRA so wanted to check if there is any way to create a custom report in JIRA by which i can see the progress of a sprint in terms of completion of sub task for build & QA testing rather than seeing the data based on the user stories completion.

Currently the native reports in JIRA showing the charts based on the user stories completion status but as we can't close the user stories before the UAT is done by PO, so need to track & show the progress based on each milestone of Build, QA & UAT.

Any pointers towards would be appreciated.

Hi @Neeraj Singla

Yes that is correct - reports will be based on story points. There are multiple ways to check sub task progress. Simplest things that you can do is to create a swimlane in your board. You will at least have a view on sub task completion. Also you can stop closure of parent if all sub tasks are not done using "Sub-Task Blocking Condition" in your workflow.

I hope it helps.
