How to create teams ?

Hello everyone,

I have the admin rights on the project  and I am trying to create the teams using the start team option.  This seems to be straightforward thing to do however, when i try to search people with @Name or with email address the search result always comes empty.

This is strange because my team members are able to create teams. What could be the issue here?

You can try;

• clicking or > Issues.
• then click Custom fields
• Find the Team field in the list of fields
• Click for the team field > Screens.
• Select the screens you want to add the team field to
• Finally, Update.

I followed your steps.

When I reach the Team options , there is a label attached to it saying locked. Seems like I do not have received all the permissions , including to create team.

I will contact the main admin.
