Dear community,
Does anybody know how to set up a ticket template in the old project settings? I have come across this article: https://appliger.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ET/pages/489553921/Create+Template but unfortunately, my Jira board set up doesn't have this template function in the menu where that article is leading me to. I was talking a bit with my colleagues and they admitted that they've been also struggling and that they have found this option only in the new projects of our company.
Hence the question - is there any other way to set up a project ticket template except of the one explained in the link? It would be super helpful for my team to have after adding a + create issue have the filled in fileds in the ticket description. :)
