How to create a search filter by Label with starting the name with "abc" Is it possible?

Labels starting with "abc" will be added

Hi @Marta Sliwinska , welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Unfortunately, Jira doesn't offer this functionality out of the box. The label field does not permit searching with wildcards, or the use of the contains operator. This suggestion has been open for quite a while, but doesn't seem to get traction: Search for Labels using wildcards 

However, there's an app for that: Wildcards Search plugin for Jira

Hi Marta, welcome to the Atlassian Community.

Unfortunately that is not possible. You would need the "~" operator to use a wildcard but the label field does not support it.

Some apps can do it. See this post  where someone asked the same question.
