How to clone an issue to a specific version of project using Automation rule?

I want to clone one issue which is already created to other version of a project ,is this is possible with automation

Yes, we can create it.

You can select any trigger conditions based on your use case, such as issue updated, transitioned, or scheduled.

Next, in the conditions, add JQL or field conditions, and then include an "Edit Issue" action to clone the issue into a particular project.

You can do this using the issue created or transitioned trigger and a condition to check that the fixed versions. Your rule would look like this:
