How to change the jira-service-desk Mail Workflow?

I would like to change the jira-service-desk workflow for Mails but it is write-protected. Is there any way around this?

I have found a solution myselfe!

Since I am using a german interface the names I ll use now might be differ.

process->process-types -> actions -> select different schema -> select an exsisting process-type-schema

There you can change it from the default write-protected to something else that isn't protected.

There might be an even easier way.

project (top left, not settings) -> project-settings (the gear symbol) -> workflow

There you can add your mails to an existing workflow or create a new one and add it afterwards.
