Our company has changed our domain. The issue is rising for users who had signed up via their Microsoft account associated to our organization. It is showing that their mail ids have changed but that change is not syncing up with their original account.
So lets say a user has abc@fifa.com as their email ID. When they are trying to login, Atlassian is showing the users that their mail ID has changed to abc@fifatech.com but the same is not reflecting in the accounts in User Management, hence when I'm also trying to suggest a change to their mail ID's, they are not being able to change to the new changed ID.
