How to change a Service Desk Project Name

Hello,

I'm having trouble when changing SD project names. For example, I have a SD project called Americas ... I change this to SD-Americas in SD and it shows correctly in SD, but this change is not reflected in the Client Portal. 

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Hey @Adi None

Within your portal settings you can change the name your customers see on the portal see below image. The area that says Name you'll need to change. Hope this helps!

Has this option moved I have an issue where these settings do not reflect what is been shown to my portal customers?

I had the same issue and managed to solve it by going to "Portal Settings" and changing the name there.
