I would like to display a two-dimensional chart with key values (Linked Issue JIRA Id) in x-axis and individual status count in y-axis.

I would take a look at the Communities post Solved: I cannot find Issue Links while setting up a two dimensional filter. In order to resolve this issue take a look at the suggestion from the post I provided which is to use ScriptRunner.
