We have a JSM project where we want only a list of acceptable domains to be able to create a request through the portal.
I think I found in JIRA where to configure these (i.e., Email requests -> Manage allowlist). The problem is that there are hundreds of domains we need to add, so doing them one by one would be tedious and take some time.
Could you please let me know if this is the correct place to configure these and if there is any way to do these in bulk?
Hello @Anthony Madrigal ,
Welcome to the community!
You can manage the allowlist for the domain by referring to the documents below :
For data server: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagementserver/managing-the-allowlist-and-blocklist-1188772040.html
Hope the document would help you.
Have a great day!
Hi @Himanshi
Thanks for the reply. Yes, I see this is how to add the domains. However, as I mentioned, I have hundreds of domains to add, so I was wondering if there was a way to do this in bulk or to read from a spreadsheet?

Hello @Anthony Madrigal ,
Sorry for the delay!
I am not sure if there is any API call that can help you with this.
You can get an expert's opinion via a Support ticket for your request.
