As a QA team we are trying to implement and use Jira Capture to facilitate logging issues. We have a protocol in our process where we frequently use the "Epic Link" field to tie issues back to the Epics for quick sorting.
In the "create issue" form, I have an "advanced fields" section which displays the "Epic Link" field but does not allow me to input any data into the field.
In the "create template" form I do not see any way to set or display the Epic Link field.
Is this feature supported/functional? If so, what settings should I check to determine why it's not working?
We are currently on version 2.7.1.0 of Jira Capture and on Jira version 6.1.3.
I second this -- this would improve how we create and manage our issues. The select exists but it is not populated. They have logged this internally at Atlassian, but haven't worked on it yet: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BON-1931 [BON-1931]
