How to add a pop-up screen?

Hi everyone,

I want to add a pop-ul screen which should appear when the item are being moved from a status in other status.

For example I have the following board with the same workflow:

I want to appear a pop-up screen when items are being moved from Dev Complete to Ready for testing
The pop-up needs to contain the Fix Version/s field.

Can it works and how can i do that?

Thanks a lot,

Hello Raul,

It can.  Add a screen on the transaction in the workflow.  On that screen you can select which fields you want to show.

Hi Heidi,

Thank you for your answer, it helped me only in a half.
So i created a new workflow with new new statuses and new transitions:

workflow.PNG

  • from the "Dev Complete" status to  "Deployment" status on the "deployment" transition, when i move the issue with drag an drop I want to add a pop-up window where i must write the version in the version field.
  • When the pop-up appears I want to have the follower message: "To be able to move the item in Deployment status, you need to feel in the follower field:"

But right now i check the conditions scheme for Transitions and I didn't find something what it can help me:

Can i fix this?

Thanks a lot,
Raul

Hello Raul,

The steps you should do:

  1. Add screen

2. Configure the screen.  Add the field where they have to fill in the version

3.  Go to your workflow transaction

Click on edit

4. Select the screen you just made

And click Save.

5. Publish your workflow again.

Good luck!!!!

Ps:  I don't know how you can add the text :  To be able to move the item in Deployment status, you need to feel in the follower field:"
