Hey,
I've signed up for the trial for JIRA but it seems is buggy?
I have a project (webdev-support) with a SCRUM board attached that looks at the External Service Desk. I can see the tickets created here in my SCRUM board backlog, but, moving the ticket from backlog into the scrum comes up with "Successfully moved" - but if I refresh, it goes back to backlog. Same applies when I do it the longer way (going into ticket, hitting move to..)
I've also amended the columns on the board but that also hasn't taken affect. Weirdly, they remain after refresh, but don't show up on board.
