I've recently asked a question for creating a JQL query for a 7 day backward view on updates to my project stories/tasks/sub-tasks.

I wasn't able to follow the directions so the Atlassian rep provided me with a created query. She said ' Please go to this link - ‘https://united-dt.atlassian.net/’ and click Add subscription and set the preferred schedule when you want this report to be sent to your email.

The problem is, on my screen - I cannot find 'add subscription' anywhere.
Can you tell me how to find a subscription to add?

The first exchange I received provided this instruction;
You can use filter subscription to get email notification for all issues returned by your saved search.
Here’s a sample JQL query to get previous week’s tickets:

project = "CDR Aircraft CyberOps" AND assignee = currentUser() AND (resolutiondate >= startOfWeek(-1) OR updatedDate >= startOfWeek(-1))

thank you
Robert

Hi @robert parra

Welcome to the community!

Check the following doc:

One item to check is that you have the 'Manage Group Filter Subscriptions' global permission. This is required to set subscriptions for other users/groups.

Hope this helps!

Best regards

Sam
