I have problem register and I don't want that issue reporters are set as watchers as they get too many notifications.
Any ideas how to remove it?
As admin you can turn the "Autowatch own issues" to No by default in System -> User Default Settings
Users can manage their notification setting and disable notification if they are reporter (personal settings)
In Issues -> Notification schemes you can change settings when emails should be sent

On the other hand, you can teach users how to create a separate folder/label/category for all emails from Atlassian - that can clean up the view in the mailbox
