Kindly share the exact query and or error screenshot for better understanding your query. If you are referring to the number of attachments to a Jira story you may upload as many as possible!!!

I do not have a query or error to share, but I can share the portion of a ticket that I am referring to. Are "Forms" the same thing as "attachments" that you mentioned?

Hi @Blake Brixton thank you for sharing the screenshot.

I sense the "form" in your case is customized as per your project and might refer to either an "epic or story or sub-task" depending on which issue type you find that "add form" option.

I would say, you might have to check with your inhouse "Jira admin" to understand if they imposed any restrictions to the number of forms additions.
