Here is our request - We are migrating Jira from cloud to Data Center. We are currently using few dedicated user accounts for API end points by development teams. Once we migrate Jira from cloud to Data Center, how do we migrate the API end points and their dedicated user accounts?

You do not need to migrate the API endpoint, that's inbuilt within Jira Datacenter and accessible with the right credentials of an active user.
