How do we edit the request type groups in Service Desk?

How do we edit the request type groups in Service Desk?

It appears that new groups can be added when adding and update request types. I'm not seeing a place to edit and remove groups though.

Hello Tony, 

If you hover over the groups shown on your Service Desk Request types, it should display a pencil icon which will allow you to add or remove the associated groups:


Groups work in a similar way to Labels in JIRA; you cannot edit a value of an Existing Group but you can quickly create a new one or select from existing Groups.
