How do we add more templates for dashboards

Hello

I have few questions regarding the attached demo from Atlassian "Team VSM Scorecards"

1.  Why I am not seeing this template in my instance?
2.  Is it possible to import or add new dashboard templates?
3. what is the best way to make your dashboard a template for others to create theirs from? Is this simply copy dashboard?
4. I am very interested in understanding how to create targets on the various big counts like in the attached template, Median Cycle time target of 7d?
5. Is it also possible to do trends in big numbers like this count was this last week and compared to last week the % increase or decrease?

Hi @Praveena Surapaneni,

That template is from Atlassian Analytics, which seems available only to Enterprise customers. 

If this is not available in your instance, be aware that as an alternative to this, you could also use an app (plugin) from Atlassian Marketplace that provides similar dashboard gadgets. 

In case you want to try an app from Atlassian Marketplace, our Great Gadgets app can be of great help because it offers many gadgets that lets you calculate counts, cycle time, averages, percentages, charts or various times etc. 

For your case, gadgets like Advanced Issue Filter Formula gadget, Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget, Cycle Time Control Chart gadget or Cycle Time Trend gadget will let you build the dashboard you need.

And yes, you can create a dashboard as a template and then clone it (copy it).

In your original post there is not attachment nor link to the demo you mention. Can you provide that attachment or link?

I found VSM mentioned here, which is in reference to the Jira Align product. That is a separate product from Jira.

Do you have access to Atlassian Analytics? 

According to this documentation it is available to Enterprise clients.
