How do I restrict access to a Jira project?

I have 2 projects in JIRA, how do I restrict most of my users so they only have access to 1 of the projects?  I see permissions for browse, but I don't want them to even be able to browse a particular project.

Each project is set under a corresponding permission scheme. 

In permission scheme, the "Browse Project" permission is usually set for all users.
You can delete that permission and only add a particular group or user that would be able to view or search up the project.
