When a new Issue is created I don't seem to receive a email notification that someone has logged an issue Ive looked at the notification setting but I am still not receiving an notification when one is raised.
Ive tried the Group email and my work email but still no Joy? receiving notifications

please could you share the notification scheme configuration for your project? In particular we need to check "Issue Created and "Work Logged On Issue" event. (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-notification-schemes/)
