How do I prompt questions?

Hello, I am working on a workflow and want to add a prompt before selecting the last status asking the user about a series tasks were completed. For example, if the ticket involved creating a landing page, prompting questions and commands such as “have you tested it in mobile?” and “submit the page to google search console”. How can I accomplish this in Jira?

It's possible you need to do some task :

- create a screen

- add your custom field created prior

-map this screen to your transition workflow
