I am looking to set up our Zendesk / Jira integration in such a way that Jira comments are sent to Zendesk ONLY.
I raised a similar question with the Zendesk Support team - they acknowledged it was not possible with the current version of the Zendesk / Jira integration (v2), but that it is a feature that will be released in v3. They also suggested that some users may have found a workaround, to prevent Zendesk to Jira comment sync - does anyone know how I might be able to accomplish this?
