How do I get Gerrit updates to trigger Jira workflow transitions?

One of our development teams uses Gerrit.  We have the plugin to get Gerrit commits and review comments, but we want commits to trigger a workflow transition of the associated Jira.  When I try to create a Trigger based on a commit, the only options that come up are for GitHub (used by our other Dev team).

How can I transition Jira issues based on Gerrit commits?
