How do I change a workflow for a Issue Type?

Connor Shefte September 23, 2022

I created a new issue type and have a separate workflow I would like to assign to it, but I can't seem to figure out how to change it. It appears that I have it assigned correctly everywhere.

Hey Connor! Find your project's workflow scheme (try project settings -> summary)
In the workflow scheme, you can select which workflow you want for which issue type. Let me know if you need further details

Hi Sphinx13! I have the issue type assigned to the workflow I want it to be associated with, however, it still is defaulting to the unassigned default workflow.

This is a screenshot from the workflow scheme page seeing that Implementation 2.0 workflow is assigned to Member Investigation

And this is the list of issue types in the project and its still defaulting to the Service Desk WF workflow

That is odd! Could you share a screenshot of the entire workflow scheme (including default workflow) of the project, please?

Also make sure the workflow scheme from the first screenshot is in fact the one associated to the project

Make sure the changes you made to the workflow scheme are published as well
