How do I change a project to make it public?

My Project is limited to only team members.  This was fine to start out but now I want to open the projects to other teams.  I want other team members  to be able to create and update existing issues.

Hi @Steve Thone ,

To make it public you can add jira-software users group to users roles of the project. In other way you have to provide Browse project,  create issue and Edit permission to all jira users.
