How do I access to the Big Gantt?

Hi there.

I'm the project manager and I want to use Big Gantt to my project.

The admin give me a authorization to access Big Gantt that could be found on the top menu.

But I couldn't find it on my top menu.

Is there anything should I do more? like install the big gantt plug-in or something...

A few days back we used the trial version.

There is a separate administration wing for "Big Picture". Jira administrator must add you into super admin privileges on Big Picture settings, and he can enable that, which projects can use Big Picture, so only that particular project people can see it in Menu.

I resolved my problem by using the URL link.

As your advice, I ask me to add Big Picture to my administer.

but there are some issues to add me.

Finally administer gave me a link and I use it well
