How do Agile Release Trains and Solution Trains fit into JIRA?

I wanted to know how to integrate or implement the concept of ARTs and Solution Trains from the SAFe 4.5 Framework using JIRA. I've tried looking at documentation about this, but so far I have not found a clear answer.
