Hello @E Hanumanthu

Welcome to the community.

Can you provide more details about your use case?

What documentation are you expecting to be created in Confluence?

Why do you expect that documentation to be created automatically?

Have you created some sort of automation in Jira to automatically create pages in Confluence? Is it not working as you expect?

Whenever we are creating the tickets in particular project. Those tickets should be create the automatic documentation in confluence.

I mean what and all inputs we are giving in the tickets. Those information will create a template (automatic documentation) in confluence

This article discusses that topic.

I believe the same functionality is available in Automation for Jira on Jira Server/Data Center.

Have an automated a confluence page with the custom format need to be created when issue raised in Jira.

Hello @E Hanumanthu

I'm sorry, but no, we cannot have a short meeting. I am not a member of the Atlassian Support Team.

I do work for an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner. You could consider engaging an Atlassian Solution Partner to help you with your request.

If you want support from the Atlassian Support Team you will need to open a support case with them.
