How can we do a report in dashboard to visualize story point that member completes in each sprint?

Team is doing estimation with story point for every single ticket in JIRA (user story, task, sub-task, bug...)

The problem is now we want to know the velocity of each team member, to see how many point they can complete in every sprint so that we can have better estimation for next sprint.

Is there any way to visualize this report on dashboard?

Without actually answering your question, I'd llike to make a comment.

Monitoring the velocity of each team member is not in any way correct for an agile (scrum) team. You should only be looking at the velocity of the team, for which Jira has a very good Velocity report.

Thanks for pointing this out Warren Levy.
