How can integrate a JIRA Filter in Excel

I had filters integrated in Excel with auto refresh. 

Yesterday, we migrated to the Jira Cloud version, and the integration does not work. I tried to adapt the url, and verify connections in Excel and i could not fix it.

This was my old URL:
