How can i bold, color or underline a custom field ?

One of our users would like to bold, underline ... a custom field. I didn't find how to do...

We are in cloud version

The field is a "Text fiels (multi-line)".

We would like to have the same menu than on the top of the field 'Description'.

Is it possible ? If not have you an idea of the date of the release version that enables it ?

That is not an option for a custom field.

You can do something like this to text in a description.
