How can I sort by priority on Kanban?

Hi,

I'm trying to order by priority, but the board filter ORDER by Priority is not working for me.

Am I doing something wrong?

Is there another way to achieve this?

Hi @Héctor,

Maybe the sorting of priorities in your priority configuration is a bit off. Have a look at Administration > Issues > Priorities and check if the order is what you would expect. You can change it there if necessary.

Also, consider that sorting your kanban board filter will disable the option to drag and drop issues to a different position in the list. That option requires the board to be ordered by rank.

Hi Walter,

It does work on the issues view, but it doesn't in kanban. I use the SQL code for both filters.
