How can I show status lozenges on cards on agile boards?

To improve visibility of issue statuses, it would be nice if we could see the issue status on the cards on a custom agile board. Currently we have to click a card to see it - but it would be nice to see them at a glance. Is this possible?

You can show up to 3 different fields on the agile cards (including status - however it doesnt appear as a lozenge for some reason) by going into the board configuration and selecting the Card Layout option from the side menu. Once in there you will see a drop down that has all of the fields available to be shown, with Status being one of them.
