How can I set different tabs on a JSD customer portal request screen Edited

I would like to set the same Tab layout on a customer portal request screen then I could set it in issues/screen/ownScreen/configure, because there is too much field on the screen.

I don't beleive the form tabs are native in service desk but there is a add-in from the market place - Extension for Jira Service Desk:

"Too many fields" strongly suggests you've built a poor experience for the end user and vastly over-complicated something you should have kept simple.

As Gregory mentions, there are add-ons which might help - I've found this one works well too -
