One of our external client has access to one of the projects in jira? I want to now limit their access to only view a report within the project. Is this possible? How can it be implemented?
Do you mean you only want them to see the report, but not view issues? JIRA isn't designed that way. To see the report they need to be able to browse the project and if they can do that they can see individual issues. If that is what you want why not export the report and email it or post it on a separate site for them to see and remove their access to JIRA?
This community is celebrating its one-year anniversary and Atlassian co-founder Mike Cannon-Brookes has all the feels.
