Hello,
Our Jira subscription apparently expired today. When I go to https://admin.atlassian.com/, I see no products listed on the billing tab. When I go to the product tab, I see the products listed, but am told to contact support to reactivate the subscription.
I've submitted a support ticket, but haven't received a response yet. Is there another self-service option that I haven't tried? Jira is mission critical to our project, and we're at a standstill until we can get this reactivated.

I tried all of the steps in that ticket before posting this one. It looks like I've exhausted all of the self-help options and my team is at the mercy of Atlassian support.
