Hello @Alan Rodrigo
There are many definitions for "productivity". What is your definition of that?
For developers it may be how many issues are closed in a time period.
For Teams it may be how many Story Points are completed per sprint (i.e. Velocity)
Maybe you want to look at how quickly issues are being closed.
There is not one definition of productivity. You must first define what you consider measures of productivity before we can advise about how to report on that with Jira.
I would like to know how to measure productivity for teams, in this case knowing how many story points are completed per sprint.
For example, how many points were completed in the previous month, how many points were made in the indicated time, etc.

You can find the points completed per sprint in the Velocity Report, available under the Reports menu you can see when viewing a Scrum board.
There is not a native report for displaying point totals for issues Completed within a specific time period. The reporting in Jira is somewhat limited due to the variety of third party apps that provide additional reporting capabilities.

Hi @Alan Rodrigo,
The Team Velocity reports might be helpful in this case, if you use sprints. But if you don't use sprints, it is not helpful to see story points completed previous month, or in an indicated time interval.
With our Great Gadgets app, you can track all of these by configuring a Jira dashboard with all the necessary gadgets on it. Here are some examples.
#1. Points completed in past sprints
#2. Points completed in past months
See more examples of these gadgets (and the many others offered by the same app) in these articles:
This app is free with the Jira free plan. Otherwise you can start with an 1 month free trial.

Hope this helps.

Cycle time and lead time are two parameters that are often used to measure productivity. If you consider using these parameters, you can have a look at Cycle Time and Lead Time in Jira: Productivity Measurement with Two Critical Parameters article.
Hope it helps.
