I have a user picker custom field and in my project it can only be used by Service Desk licensed users. I want this custom field to be available for every user of this project to select from it when they enter the portal and they would like to create an issue.
If you want the field to be available on the Portal you will need to add it on to a Request Type.
Keep in mind you'll first have to add the field on the Create Screen of your issue type and then add it to the Request type (form on the portal) that you would like the customer to enter.
Since you already have it available for licensed users you should be able to go to the Project Settings -> Request Types and add it on the request type where you need it.
