Read the worklogs on the issue.

I suspect that's not what you need, but you are not being specific about it, so we can only give you very generalised vague answers

I need the following:

Without the need of installing any additional plug-in, I'd like to be able to see the time spent of a list of assignees for a specific period

For example:

Get the time spent by Daniel & Jack & Patrick, from Dec-15th to Dec-25th

I'm afraid you need a plugin for that - the worklogs are attached to issues, not people.
